Apartments and Business Premises, part of Delta Real Estate Group, is a commercial building complex with a long tradition in business and a wide range of office units of different types and sizes available for rent. The complex operates under the name NBGP Properties, and includes two office buildings – “Apartmani” (Apartments) and “Mala Kula” (Small Tower) – covering 22,750 m² of office space and a common underground garage. The two modern buildings comprising the complex have glass façades and are integrated architecturally with the design of the neighboring buildings. They are surrounded by carefully landscaped green areas intercepted with pedestrian paths.
