K-District – An ideal position for business in a unique location in the oldest city center, the cultural and historical ensemble of Kalemegdan, right next to the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. The former industrial zone will be replaced by the residential and business complex K-District, naturally integrated into the old city center, and at the same time harmonized with the urban life of modern Belgrade. In addition to residential and business, K-District will also provide spaces for children, leisure and recreation, while shops, restaurants, cafes, bookstores and galleries will make the entire neighborhood comfortable, pleasant and complete. During the design process, special attention was paid to the ambient landscaping, with an abundance of greenery and trees, and a pedestrian zone that allows closer contact with the river and the Sava Promenade, the most popular summer promenade, with a bike path stretching from 25. Maj to Ada Ciganlija. Following the example of other major world cities, the activities of the City of Belgrade are underway to create a green line park that will revive the area of ​​the former railway on Dorcol and additionally enrich the immediate environment with a large number of sports and recreational spaces, bicycle paths and various leisure parks.
